Organization Settings

Organization ID​

Retrieve organization ID can only be done by all members in organization.

The organization ID is automatically generated when creating an organization and cannot be changed.

  1. In the Dogu console, click on "Settings" in the left sidebar of the organization page.
  2. Check the organization ID.

Update profile​

Updating organization profile can be done by only organization owner.
  1. In the Dogu console, click on "Settings" in the left sidebar of the organization page.
  2. Upload a profile image or change the organization name.

Organization access token​

Organization access token is used for API and Test Automation.

Retrieve and regenerate organization access token can only be done by organization owner and members with Admin privileges or higher.

When regenerating organization access token, the previous token will no longer be valid.

  1. In the Dogu console, click on "Settings" in the left sidebar of the organization page.
  2. View the existing organization access token or regenerate organization access token.

Change owner​

Changing organization owner can be done by only organization owner.

The current organization owner will become an Admin after the organization owner is changed.

  1. In the Dogu console, click on "Settings" in the left sidebar of the organization page.
  2. In the "Change organization owner" menu, click on the "Change owner" button.
  3. Select the member you want to set as the new organization owner.
  4. Click the confirmation button to complete the change.

Remove an organization​

Removing an organization can be done by only organization owner.
Remove organization

Removing an organization will permanently delete all data associated with the organization. All members belonging to the organization will be removed from the organization.

  1. In the Dogu console, click on "Settings" in the left sidebar of the organization page.
  2. Click on the "Remove Organization" button.

Leaving an organization​

The organization owner cannot leave the organization. To leave the organization as the organization owner, you need to transfer ownership to another member first.

  1. Click on your profile image in the top menu of the Dogu console.
  2. Click on the "Organizations" menu.
  3. Find the organization you want to leave in the list and click the menu button(···).
  4. Click on the "Leave" menu, then confirm by clicking the confirmation button to complete the process.
